Booking directly through our website or via personal contact guarantees you the most favorable price. When booking through other platforms, rates may be higher, and not all services (see below) may be included in the price.

The rental fee includes:

Bedlinens
Kitchenlinens
Bathroom towels (2 per person)
Use of firewood (1 bag per week)
Unlimited WIFI
Final cleaning*
Water

*not included: clean up the kitchen, removal of bedlinens, tidying up and taking out garbage, sweep the floors at departure.

The rental fee does not include:

Tourist tax: applicable rate at time of stay for each guest older then 17 years of age.
Electricity (local rates applicable).

Deposit:
To encourage our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it, we request a deposit of €300. Naturally, we expect to find the house just as we left it. In that case, we will refund the deposit after deducting the cost of the used electricity and tourist tax.
